Refund policy

At Mima Sweet Scents, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mimasweetscents@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another item.

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used candles unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover return shipping.
